O tomto skryt\u00e9m ov\u0161em ps\u00e1t nechci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pat\u0159\u00edm asi sp\u00ed\u0161e do skupiny t\u011bch, kdo u\u017e pochopili, \u017ee necht\u011bj\u00ed sly\u0161et: \u201eMus\u00ed\u0161 na sob\u011b makat!\u201c Necht\u011bj\u00ed si \u0159\u00edkat: \u201eTo d\u00e1\u0161, mus\u00ed\u0161 to vydr\u017eet\u201c, \u201eZatni zuby a p\u0159ekonej se!\u201c Ne. U\u017e ne silou v\u016fle a p\u0159ehnan\u00fdch n\u00e1rok\u016f, abych mohla m\u00edt dobr\u00fd pocit z v\u00fdkonu, z v\u00fdsledk\u016f, ze sout\u011b\u017een\u00ed\u2026 Dost u\u017e dom\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed se v\u00fdsledk\u016f za ka\u017edou a jakoukoliv cenu. Mnohdy i cenu zran\u011bn\u00ed, diskomfortu a jednostrann\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. Zji\u0161\u0165uji, \u017ee prvopl\u00e1nov\u00e1 kr\u00e1sa a v\u00fdkon patrn\u00fd na prvn\u00ed pohled b\u00fdvaj\u00ed n\u011bkdy d\u016fsledkem nezdrav\u00fdch motivac\u00ed a pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v nich nesv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vn\u00edmat kr\u00e1su lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla m\u016f\u017eeme t\u00e9\u017e nejen v jeho statick\u00e9 podob\u011b, \u00fatr\u017ekovit\u011b zachycenou na stylizovan\u00fdch fotografi\u00edch, n\u00fdbr\u017e i komplexn\u011b v \u010dasoprostoru, ve v\u00fdvoji, v pohybu. V\u0161imn\u011bte si n\u011bkdy na ulici lid\u00ed, jak chod\u00ed, jak se pohybuj\u00ed, jak reaguj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilates je metoda, kter\u00e1 mi u\u010darovala pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee se prim\u00e1rn\u011b nezam\u011b\u0159uje na to, aby m\u011bl \u010dlov\u011bk vysoustru\u017eenou postavu do po\u017eadovan\u00fdch forem, ale jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f je jej\u00ed funk\u010dnost, nau\u010dit se zvl\u00e1dnut\u00e9mu smyslupln\u00e9mu pohybu. Tedy v lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b i jeho za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed do ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota. V pilates se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na hlubok\u00fd stabiliza\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, pracujeme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s hlubok\u00fdmi kostern\u00edmi svaly, kter\u00e9 nejsou vid\u011bt, podle jejich stavu je ov\u0161em vid\u011bt na\u0161e postura, tedy dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla a na\u0161e pohyby prozrad\u00ed, jak jsou na\u0161e svaly v rovnov\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je tak\u00e9 dobr\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee bychom nem\u011bli pracovat \u201eusilovn\u011b\u201c proti n\u011bjak\u00e9mu konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmu probl\u00e9mu, dysbalanci na na\u0161em t\u011ble, soust\u0159edit se pouze na n\u011bj, pokou\u0161et se jej vylep\u0161ovat t\u00edm, \u017ee ho budete neust\u00e1le opravovat. Odevzdat se plynut\u00ed \u017eivota a pohybu, pracovat s t\u00edm, co jsme dostali do v\u00ednku, a sice cestou upravov\u00e1n\u00ed koordinace sv\u00fdch pohyb\u016f a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se zm\u011bnou celkov\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 koordinace je mnohem p\u0159ijateln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. To, co jsme nev\u011bdomky deformovali l\u00e9ta, nezdrav\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky a zm\u011bna struktur\u00e1ln\u00edch dysbalanc\u00ed si vy\u017eaduj\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b dost \u010dasu na n\u00e1pravu. Nejl\u00e9pe ka\u017edodenn\u00edm praktikov\u00e1n\u00edm nejen ve studiu s tren\u00e9rem, kter\u00fd je zde pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, aby zajistil a dohl\u00e9dl na upevn\u011bn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vyku, ale nau\u010den\u00edm se je integrovat do rutinn\u00edch pohyb\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na za\u010d\u00e1tku je v\u0161ak va\u0161e rozhodnut\u00ed &#8211; cht\u00edt se do odhalen\u00ed taj\u016f vlastn\u00edho t\u011bla pomoc\u00ed pilates metody pustit. Udr\u017eet si pravidelnost cvi\u010den\u00ed nikoliv z donucen\u00ed, ale proto\u017ee c\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee v\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1. A odm\u011bnou v\u00e1m bude nejen t\u011blo harmonicky zpevn\u011bn\u00e9 a uvoln\u011bn\u00e9, lep\u0161\u00ed dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1chylnost ke zran\u011bn\u00edm, a co v\u00edc, i dobr\u00fd pocit a radost z pohybu, zklidn\u011bn\u00e1 mysl a du\u0161evn\u00ed pohoda.
