These operating rules govern the mutual contractual terms and conditions governing the legal relations between the operator and its visitors in the provision of services by the operator to those visitors.
1. Visitors to The Pilates Room Prague studio are obliged to familiarize themselves with these operating rules and to act and behave in accordance with them. By paying the admission fee according to the valid price list, he/she expresses his/her full consent to it.
2. The visitor is entitled to use the individual facilities and equipment of The Pilates Room Prague studio or to use its services on the basis of a duly paid admission fee according to the type of service used according to the established price list. It is forbidden to enter the premises of the centre without a duly paid admission fee.
3. Each visitor is fully responsible for his/her health condition. It is recommended to be examined by the attending physician before visiting our studio (general examination, heart function, etc.). The Pilates Room Prague is not responsible for the health condition of the practitioners.
4. Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of the staff. Everyone is obliged to wear sportswear and clean socks. While performing the respective sports activity, they must not endanger their health or the health of other visitors and must not damage property. It is forbidden to litter the premises of The Pilates Room Prague studio.
5. Visitors are forbidden to enter the operating and technical rooms and other places that are not used for exercise, for which they have paid admission.
6. Everyone is obliged to store all outerwear in the designated place, i.e. in the lockers. Likewise, shoes are to be placed in the designated shoe lockers immediately upon entering the fitness center.
7. Valuables such as money, watches, necklaces, jewelry, cell phones, tablets, laptops, other electronics, etc. must be placed in the lockers in the changing area. The visitor is fully responsible for valuables otherwise stored in a locked locker.
8. In the event of any damage to the equipment (dumbbells, machines) or exercise equipment, it is the responsibility of the visitor to notify the operator of The Pilates Room Prague.
9. In the event of inappropriate behaviour in the fitness centre premises or towards the staff, the operator has the right to expel such individual from the studio, without refund of the entrance fee, in extreme cases no longer allow access to the studio premises.
10. It is forbidden to keep any keys to lockers, safes and shoe racks when leaving The Pilates Room Prague studio premises.
11. At the end of the session, everyone will clean up their tools and equipment in their designated place. We ask all visitors to the centre to pay extra attention to this fact.

12. In case of any injury, everyone is obliged to report this to The Pilates Room Prague instructors.
13. In the event of theft, please report the damage to the staff immediately. It is also your responsibility to call the police yourself to make a report and to complete the submitted form for the insurance company yourself. Additional reports of theft will not be taken into account.
14. There is a strict ban on smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages, narcotics and other psychotropic substances in The Pilates Room Prague.

In exceptional cases and with the prior consent of the staff of The Pilates Room Prague, children are allowed in the studio only when accompanied by their parents, who expressly and non-transferably bear FULL responsibility for any damage to the health of their child and the property of the operator caused by the child’s movement.
17. In such cases, the staff of the operator is entitled to ask such persons to leave the sports complex at any time. If they fail to do so, they may be removed from the facility without compensation.
18. The visitor shall be liable for any damage or loss caused to the operator in full, even if the act is unintentional.
19. Filming and other recording of the premises of The Pilates Room Prague studio without the prior written consent of the operator is prohibited under a fine of up to CZK 50,000 to all paying and non-paying persons without exception.
20. Visitors are obliged to empty the locker and leave it unlocked when leaving the locker room. He/she shall keep the key to the locker in his/her custody and shall hand the key to the locker to the staff at the reception upon leaving. If the locker is found to be locked after the close of business on a given day, the locker will be opened and emptied by the operator’s staff, with no refund of the contents.
21. The visitor shall be liable for any damage caused to the operator by loss of key, damage to the lock or other misuse. In the event of loss, damage or misuse, the visitor is obliged to pay the sum of CZK 100 as the cost of replacing the lock.
22. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being already fully booked and you will not be able to attend. If a client does not make an appointment 24 hours before the lesson, they are required to pay for the lesson in full even if they have not taken the lesson or it will be deducted from their subscription.

23. Booking Policy: the studio offers packages of 5 or 10 lessons. One-time admission is also available for purchase. Payment is always required prior to the lesson, either by cash or bank transfer. Packages are transferable. Cancellations can be made 24 hours before the lesson at no charge. For later cancellations or no-shows, the studio will charge the full amount. Clients book lessons through the website, by email or by phone.
