
Pilates & Women’s Health
Treat yourself to a morning dedicated to caring for your body and soul. You’ll enjoy a pilates session with Jana Ptaschinski and an inspiring talk with Adéla Prokůpková on the topic of women’s health.
We’ll start with mindful movement – a 50-minute pilates mat class to gently tune into your body. Then we’ll move into a space of sharing, inspiration, and open conversation during the talk and Q&A with Adéla.
With Adéla Prokůpková, we’ll explore how to build a healthy and compassionate relationship with food and your body, how to recognize hunger and fullness cues, and how our psyche, emotions, and menstrual cycle affect our eating patterns.
The talk will offer a safe space for reflection, inspiration, and understanding what women’s health truly means – without pressure, ideals, or the need for performance.
You’ll also receive small gifts from our event partners.
